Near Me Cleaning Services – Terms & Conditions

By booking or receiving services from Near Me Cleaning Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the client (“you” or “your”) agrees to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before scheduling service.


1. Scheduling & Arrival Window

We provide an estimated arrival window to account for traffic, parking, and service duration variations. If our team is delayed, we will notify you promptly.


2. Cancellations, Reschedules & Lockouts

  • 24+ hours’ notice: No fee.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service cost.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the scheduled service cost.

  • Lockout fee: $50 if we cannot access the property due to missing keys, incorrect codes, or restricted entry. Repeated lockouts may be billed at the full service rate.


3. Pricing, Scope Changes & Excessive Clutter

Quotes are based on information provided at booking. Conditions such as excessive clutter, heavy buildup, construction dust, post-event messes, or turnover conditions may require additional time, pricing adjustments, or rescheduling. Any changes will be communicated and approved prior to proceeding.


4. Service Pricing Disclaimer

All prices are subject to change based on home size, condition, or the extent of cleaning required. If additional labor, materials, or time are needed, you will be notified and approval will be requested before continuing.


5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, card, or digital payments through Housecall Pro.
Approved commercial clients may be invoiced. Unpaid balances are subject to a 10% monthly late fee. Services may be suspended until the balance is cleared.


6. Satisfaction Guarantee (24-Hour Reclean)

If you are unsatisfied with your cleaning, notify us within 24 hours. We will return to address the concern at no cost. Refunds are not issued for completed services; our sole remedy is a complimentary reclean.


7. Access, Parking & Safety

Please provide safe, legal parking and accurate access codes or keys. Secure pets prior to arrival.
For safety reasons, we do not:

  • Move heavy furniture, appliances, or large sectional couches

  • Climb higher than a two-step stool or clean areas beyond an 8–10 ft reach

  • Service top bunk beds

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary.


8. Plumbing Limitations

We are not responsible for incomplete cleaning of sinks, tubs, or fixtures that do not drain properly. Slow or clogged drains should be repaired by a plumber before service.


9. Linen Changes

Fresh linen changes are complimentary when clean sheets are provided and the bed is stripped prior to arrival. If fresh linens are not provided, staff will tidy or remake the existing bedding. Weighted blankets must be removed before service for safety.


10. Wall Washing

We do not wash walls, as moisture and cleaning products can damage paint or finishes. Only light dusting of reachable areas is included.


11. Showers, Caulking & Grout

We are not responsible for mold or damage originating beneath caulking, grout, or tile. Such conditions require professional repair or remediation prior to cleaning.


12. Supplies & Equipment

We provide all professional-grade products and equipment. If you request the use of your own products, we cannot guarantee results or accept liability for damage caused by client-supplied products.
For specialty floors (e.g., natural wood), clients must supply approved cleaning products.


13. Biohazards & Specialty Cleaning

We do not handle blood, bodily fluids, animal waste, infestations, or heavy mold unless pre-approved, properly equipped, and priced accordingly.


14. Liability & Valuables

We are insured and take great care in your home. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage, wear, or instability

  • Unsecured, fragile, or improperly installed items (e.g., blinds, shelves)

Please secure valuables and notify us of sensitive areas. Report any concerns with photos within 24 hours. Normal wear or patina from cleaning is not considered damage.


15. Pets & Alarms

Please secure pets prior to service. If we operate your alarm or lock system, provide clear written instructions. We are not responsible for false alarm or security-related fees.


16. Photos (Before/After)

Photos may be taken for insurance and quality control. We respect your privacy—please notify us in writing if you do not consent to any photos being used for marketing.


17. Holidays & Weather

We may be closed or operate on a limited schedule during major holidays or severe weather. Appointments affected by these events will be rescheduled at the earliest availability.


18. Unforeseen Delays

In the event of illness, vehicle issues, or emergency, we will promptly notify you and reschedule your service as soon as possible.


19. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any property that presents unsafe, unsanitary, or hostile conditions.


20. Property Access Delays

If access to the property is delayed more than 15 minutes beyond the scheduled arrival window, cleaning time may be reduced or additional labor fees may apply.


21. Fragile or Damaged Surfaces

We use appropriate care and products for each surface, but are not liable for damage to surfaces that are unstable, previously compromised, or improperly installed.


22. Non-Interference

To maintain efficiency and safety, clients and pets should remain clear of work areas while cleaning is in progress.


23. Recurring Service Adjustments

Recurring cleanings are priced for maintenance-level conditions. If additional time or labor is required due to buildup or missed appointments, pricing will be adjusted.


24. Fees & Administrative Items

Verified parking, HOA, or permit fees required for property access may be added to the final invoice.


25. Acceptance

By scheduling or receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
